Meet Kerry
Through both cancer experiences, I learned resilience, strength and encourage. I had to put on my emergency mode hat and to be honest, I was stuck in fight or flight mode for years. I then had to learn how to release, lower that shield and truly heal from this feeling of major catastrophe.
I’m Kerry, a certified Spiritual Life Coach and the founder of Evolve with Kerry.
I am committed to helping you discover your true purpose because I have also experienced many challenges and great loss in my lifetime.
When I was 16, I lost my dad to Leukemia. I was his stem cell donor twice and this taught me resilience, the importance of my relationships and how to truly enjoy each day to it’s fullest.
Then when my son was 14, he battled with Hodgkin's lymphoma and had to go through cancer treatment. Through this time, I had to dig deep to find my strength for my family and encourage my son to be determined and to fight hard through all his treatments.
I have grieved identity loss, losing a job during COVID, and working through severe burnout, just to name a few of the complex challenges I have climbed through.
My faith, one-on-one support from a healer, as well as the powerful lessons and tools I learned and embodied through Sophie Frabotta’s Spiritual Life Coaching Certification have helped me heal on the deepest level.
I now guide others to their freedom from pain, as a safe and supportive place for you to heal, grow, and reconnect with yourself. These resources helped me process my traumas, reconnect to myself and accept who I truly am; and now I can show you the same path.
